What countries does Buckzy Payments currently support?

@Absolutely! We are a FINTRAC regulated entity with bank level security that adheres to the Canadian money transfer rules and guidelines. The following features are embedded in the platform.

Will I be charged a fee?

No! Buckzy does not charge a transaction fee for sending money internationally and our foreign exchange fees are competitive.

Which Internet browser works best with Buckzy?

We recommend using Chrome or Internet Explorer to complete your transfers.

What information is mandatory for my payment?

You need to register with Buckzy using your email to start the payment. Then provide the amount you want to send, senders information, information about yourself and your payment information to make the payment. There is no fee to register and send money with Buckzy.

How can I sign up to use this service?

If you have a Canadian bank account, you can sign up for our Buckzy Direct service. There is no registration fee. Create a profile, answering a few easy questions and then you will be able to send money in real time to someone in any of the countries we have enabled. You will be able to see the foreign exchange rates right up front and then specify some information of the person receiving the money. You can send money using email address, phone number or bank account information.

Can I send money internationally from my existing chequing account?

Yes. Use your existing Canadian bank account with any financial services institution. You need to register with Buckzy using your email to start the payment. Then provide the amount you want to send, senders information, information about yourself and your payment information to make the payment. There is no fee to register and send money with Buckzy.

Has my payment been made to the beneficiary?

If the payment has been made, you will be received a notification in your email as well as you can see that in your dashboard after logging into your account. If you have transferred the money using email address, please ask your recipient to provide his/her banking details by clicking the link provided to him/her to complete the transaction.

The funds have not arrived?

If you have done an email transfer and the fund haven’t arrived, most probably because your recipient hasn’t provided his/her banking detail yet. Please ask them to check their email and follow the instruction to provide their banking details. In case if the transaction has failed, you will get an email notification containing the reason. Otherwise, please contact us using this link.

Why have my funds been returned?

Your fund may return due to variable reasons, the recipient bank account information isn’t correct/active, the transaction may not fulfill the international transfer screening requirements etc. You will receive an email containing the exact reason of failure.

What happens if my payment failed?

Your money will be returned to your account and you will receive an email explaining the reason for the transfer not being successfully completed.

I’ve realized that the beneficiary details are wrong. What do I do?

you can change your recipient detail or cancel the transaction, if the transfer is not already complete. To do this, go to your dashboard, select the transaction and change and/or cancel the transfer from there. This is only possible if the transaction has not yet been completed.

When will my funds arrive?

The transfer will be completed within 5 minutes. If for some reason the money is not delivered within this time frame you will receive a notification of explanation and next steps.

Is my transfer completed and received?

You should see a confirmation ….. If for any reason the money has not arrived successfully to the recipient, you will receive an alert advising you of this and indicating next steps.

How do I find my institution and/or transit or routing number?

 

Why was my transaction rejected? And then what happens next? Will my transaction be delayed?

Occasionally a transaction may be rejected. This could mean that additional information about the recipient is required to confirm the identity and banking information details. You will receive detailed information as to what next steps would be.

Are there limits on how much I can send?

Limits vary based on the regulations of the sending and receiving country.

How do I manage my Buckzy account?

You can make changes to your password, address, phone number and email address by logging into your Buckzy account.
To make changes to your account information, first go to Settings
Log in to your account.
Select “Your Name”.

To change your password

Select “Change password”.
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password twice.
Select “change password” to complete and save your changes.

To change your address

Select “Profile Setting”.
Enter your new address.
Select “Save details” to complete and save your changes.

To change your phone number and email address

I can’t log in?

Please use your email address as your user name and password to log into your Buckzy account. If you forgot your password, please click on forgot password button and reset your password using the link sent to your email address. In case if you are still having issues, please contact us at support@buckzy.net or through our online chat.
